Check in hours between 1:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Want to check in early before 1:00? The Additional Charge is $5.00. Our office hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm. If your running late, the lobby or check room/area will be open until 8:30pm or dark whichever comes first. Check Out time 11:00 a.m.

We are affiliated with Passport of America. With proof of current Passport America membership your nightly CASH rate is 1/2 price. This is $30.00 per couple per night. For each additional person the rate is $3.00 per .night
Total CASH only price for 2 including taxes $30.00 - To get this highly discounted rate one must be a Passport America member, have proof of membership & pay cash upon arrival.
If one chooses to pay via VISA or MASTERCARD, the total price for a couple is $32.00 Simply put - if we offer one the Passport rate, we want to be paid in cash.
We offer a discount off of our regular nightly rate to Good Sam's members, AARP members, First Responders, and Military. So, your rate is only $35.00 per night.
For all other great campers that are not Passport America, Good Sam's, AARP, First Responders, or Military our regular rate is $60.00 per night, but we have a special for you too. Stay 2 nights @ $60.00 per night the 3rd night is FREE. This is $120.00 for 3 nights; this figures to be about $40.00 per night.
We have a very special price on a Full Week (7 Night Stay). Full Hook Up for a Couple $225.00 Back In Site & $250.00 Pull Through Site For each additional person the rate is $21.00/week.
We also offer extended stay sites by the month priced as follows.

More than 2 folks? The additional charge is $50.00 per person per month. Over night $3.00 per person per night.

REFUNDS
On monthly stays we offer No Refund after 14 days. In other words we will not give one a monthly rate for a partial month. If one is charged a monthly rate and his or her stay is 14 days or less the charge will revert to our regular weekly raterate of $60.00 per Day.

The Daily Rate is $60.00 (taxes included) for a couple plus $3.00 for each additional person.
The Weekly Rate is $225.00 on back-in sites & $250.00 on pull through sites (taxes included) for a couple plus $21.00 for each additional person.
The Monthly Rate is $450.00 for back in sites & $500.00 for a pull through site. These rates apply for up to 2 people per site. For each additional person the rate is $50.00.
Refunds on monthly stays:
There will be no refund after 14 days. The monthly rate will revert to the weekly rate if one stays two weeks or less. In other words we will not give one the monthly rate unless one stays a month.
Storage only $60.00 per month or $5.00 per day.
At ALL of our sites we offer Full Hook Up - water, sewer, garbage can, and electricity. FREE Wi-Fi through-out the park for your internet connection. We maintain your Site by cutting your grass and trimming your hedge. Our sites are BIG RIG friendly with wide roads. Most of our sites are 35’ in width.
If you have an antenna the reception is very good here - you should pick up 14+ channels. The reception for this area is great for a TV antenna or satellite. We do not offer cable. Extended stay folks may elect to have satellite. No digging in ground to set post.
- For your convenience and enjoyment, split firewood is available at the office at a reasonable price of $5.00 for 10 pieces of wood. With the purchase of 10 pieces of firewood we will deliver a fire ring to you site upon request.
- Please do not take advantage of our electricity. If you connect to the 50 amp socket you are not allowed to also connect to the 30 or 20 amp socket without asking us and paying for this additional service in advance. The use of the 20 amp service in addition to the 50 amp service is $3.00 per day or $50.00 per month.
